PURPOSE: An overhead console box mounting structure is provided to enhance yields of products and an assembling work by providing a bracket at a head lining and assembling easily a glove box body and a console lead thereto. CONSTITUTION: An overhead console box mounting structure comprises a head lining(100), a bracket(200), a glove box body(300), and a console lid(400). A mounting hole of a rectangular cross section shape is formed at a front side of the head lining. The bracket is coupled along an edge surface of mounting hole of the head lining and has a mounting hole at a front side thereof. The glove box body is inserted into the inside of the head lining through the mounting hole of the bracket, and a storing space is provided at the inside of the glove box body. A lower end of the console lid is coupled rotatably at the front side of the glove box.
