PURPOSE: A heat radiation structure is provided to prevent various electrical components in a fuse and relay box from being degraded functionally by rapidly radiating heat generated from the electrical components to the outside of the box. CONSTITUTION: A fuse and relay box includes an upper cover(1), a main block portion and a lower cover. Various electrical components are installed in the main block portion. External wires are connected to the electrical components through the lower cover. Heat is generated from various electrical components in the fuse and relay box. A heat radiation structure is provided for radiating the heat to the outside. The heat radiation structure comprises a flexible hose(6) and heat absorbing plates(7). The flexible hose(6) is connected to one side of the upper cover(1) at one end thereof and connected to an air inlet duct(5) of an air cleaner at the other end thereof. The heat absorbing plates(7) are installed inside the upper cover(1) such that they are spaced from each other at regular intervals.
