摘要 PURPOSE: Reinforcing connection structure of front and rear floor panels for a small bus is provided to improve torsion rigidity and bending rigidity in a bonding part of front and rear floor panels without additional reinforcing parts. CONSTITUTION: A front floor panel(1) is combined with a rear floor panel(2) through a joint part(3) with welding. A recessed part(4) is formed horizontally in the joint part of the front floor panel, and a channeled section is formed in the recessed part. The rear floor panel is mounted along the recessed part of the front floor panel by welding. The bonding area between the front floor panel and the rear floor panel is enlarged, and rigidity is improved with forming the channeled recessed part in the joint part horizontally. The rear floor panel is mounted at both sides of the recessed part by welding. The joint part between front and rear floor panels is reinforced without additional reinforcing plates. Torsion rigidity and bending rigidity are improved with assembling front and rear floor panels by the joint part.
