PURPOSE: A radiator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the heating effect by processing a metallic material having the excellent heat conductivity as a sheet metal. CONSTITUTION: A base(20) is contacted to a side of a heating element. The base(20) has a thick plate structure and a hollow part therein, and a plurality of partitions(25) for widening a heat transfer path. A radiating unit(10) having a corrugation made of a material with the excellent heat conductivity is bonded to a side of the base(20) through the welding. A plurality of air holes is formed on the radiating unit(10) to increase the contact efficiency of the radiating unit(10) and the air. An auxiliary base is provided on the upper portion of the radiating unit(10). An auxiliary radiating unit is provided on a side of the auxiliary base.
