SOLUTION: This system has an information memory means 4 in which various kinds of the information along the service routes of vehicles are stored and a signal transmission means 7 for transmitting the information stored in the information memory means 4. The reception of the transmitted information by a portable signal receiver A, such as a portable telephone or an apparatus having an exclusive signal receiving means, is made possible.
