PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water heat molding method enabling high cycle molding and capable of suppressing the generation of a flaw such as a molding crack or the like. SOLUTION: The heat molding method is equipped with a mold registering process for registering molds having at least FRP layers, an injection process for injecting a compound in the cavity formed by the registered molds, a heat curing process for immersing the molds in which the compound is injected in the heating liquid held to a predetermined temperature in a beating liquid tank to heat and cure the compound, and a cooling process for taking the heated molds out of the heating liquid tank to cool the same. The cooling process is performed by immersing the molds in the cooling liquid held to a predetermined temperature within a cooling tank, and the heat curing process is performed while air interposed on the back surface side of the molds is degassed. |
