<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly detect a voltage applied to a conductor contained in a container in an electric apparatus in which an insulation medium is enclosed in the container containing the conductor. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element 3 which generates strain in accordance with an electric field supports, in the container 1, the conductor 2 connected to the device 20 such as a circuit breaker or a disconnector. A strain gauge 4 detects strain quantity of the piezoelectric element 3 strained by the electric field of the conductor 2. An output of the strain gauge 4 is inputted through a gas-tight terminal 5 provided on the container 1 to a converter 6 provided outside the container 1.</p> |
