PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical disc brake device capable of improving operability and operating reliability by preventing drag and coming-off by a torsional coil spring for energizing a driving lever in a returning direction when rotating the driving lever. SOLUTION: In this mechanical disc brake device 21 for energizing the driving lever 7 in the returning direction by the torsional coil spring 23 in which a hook part 23b at one end part extended from a coil part 23a is locked by a locking pin 13 erected at a tip part 7a of the driving lever 7 and the other end part is locked in a locking hole 3a of a cam plate 25 fitted into a lever supporting shaft 3, a fitting position of the locking pin 13 is bent and formed into an elliptic hook-shape relatively displaceable along a radial direction of the lever supporting shaft 3 according to rotation amount of the driving lever 7 in the hook part 23b at the one end part of the torsional coil spring 23.
