<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce compost which is satisfactory in quality by performing moisture adjustment without accompanying heating. SOLUTION: Organic animal and plant residuals are crushed (S301), thereafter, are subjected to dewatering (S302) and are separated into solid content and water content. The water content generated by the dewatering is sent to a culture chamber 203 and is admixed with micro-organisms in accordance with the purpose and is cultured (S311). The cultured microbial culture solution is subjected to quality inspection (S312) and, thereafter, is shipped. The solid content generated by the dewatering is mixed with a floor material (S303) and, thereafter, is subjected to the primary fermentation in a primary fermentation chamber (S304). The compost which completes the first fermentation is sent to a secondary fermentation chamber and is subjected to the secondary fermentation (S305). The compost which completes the secondary fermentation is subjected to quality inspection (S306) and the compost which passes inspection is shipped from a shipping chamber. The compost which does not pass the quality inspection (S306) is used for floor material as the return compost (S321).</p> |
