PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in responsiveness, not by miniaturization and a temperature change of a diaphragm but by giving stable sliding resistance resisting against a self excited vibration of a coil spring to the diaphragm. SOLUTION: A leaf spring 132 giving sliding resistance to a diaphragm by friction contact with an inner surface of a cylinder part being a part of a valve housing is constituted by a bottomed cylindrical cup part 132a interposing a closed end between a retainer and a coil spring mounted in a central part of the diaphragm in a spring chamber side and a plurality of leaf parts 132b integrally provided successively in line with an opening end of the cup part 132a so as to elastically slide abut to a plurality of parts with an equal space apart in a peripheral direction of the cylinder part.
