PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device for a printed circuit board allowing easy detachment/attachment of an inspecting board, capable of being disposed with a connection part comprising a large number of wires, certainly connecting the inspecting board by abutment, and capable of easily and certainly measuring and inspecting the printed circuit board with high-density electrodes. SOLUTION: This inspection device comprises the inspecting board 1, a plate 17, the connection part 19, a press part 20 and an inspection part 18. The inspecting board 1 has a contact part 14 composed of contacts 4 disposed opposite to the plural electrodes 3 formed on the inspected printed circuit board 2, and wiring terminals 8 extraction-wired from the contact part 14 via a wiring part. The plate 17 is disposed on a face opposite to a face provided with the wiring terminals 8 and maintains flatness of the wiring terminals 8. The connection part 19 includes spring probes 9 pressure-contacted with the wiring terminals 8 for electrical connection. The press part 20 presses the contact part 14 to connect the contact part 14 to the electrodes 3. The inspection part 18 is connected with the other end of the connection part 19 and measures and inspects an electrical connection state of the inspected printed circuit board 2.
