PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization of a dehumidification restrictor for cooling humidification and heating humidification, besides room cooling/heating operation, in an air conditioner, in which a refrigerating cycle is employed. SOLUTION: An indoor heat exchanger constituting the refrigerating cycle is divided into a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger positioned below the first one. Two serially connected one-way-solenoid valves 20A, 20B of normally open-type are inserted as dehumidification restrictor between the first and the second heat exchangers. Thus, dehumidification in cooling and heating is attained, and the restrictor is miniaturized by integrating the two one-way-solenoid valves.
