PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp an optimal inspection timing of a hydraulic pump by displaying the soundness of the hydraulic pump by digitization. SOLUTION: This system for diagnosing the operating state of the hydraulic pump 1 is provided with a sensor part 3 detecting multiple types of data related to the performance of the hydraulic pump 1 during the operation, an arithmetic part 9 processing the present data along with the reference values of the various data and unifying them, and an output part 11 digitizing the present performance of the hydraulic pump 1 according to the processing result and displaying it to the outside.
