PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of a three-face joining part capable of surely keeping the sealability of the three-face joining part with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: Gaskets 20 are placed among a cylinder block 11 and a chain case 12 assembled in a face contact state, and a cylinder head 13 assembled to cover the whole upper face of the cylinder block 11 and the chain case 12. A step 16 is formed in advance on a joining part as a boundary between the upper faces of the cylinder block 11 and the chain case 12. A rubber material 21 is adhered to a position corresponding to an upper face of the chain case 12, of a lower face of the gasket 20, and the rubber material 21 is elastically deformed in assembling the cylinder head 13 to fill up the step 16.
