Provided is an exhaust gas treatment system comprising a CO2 recovery device having further improved energy efficiency. The exhaust gas treatment system (1) comprises: the CO2 recovery device (10) comprising a CO2 absorption tower (11), an absorption liquid regeneration tower (16), and a reboiler (21); and an exhaust gas heat exchanger (5) provided on the gas upstream side of the CO2 recovery device (10). Heat is exchanged in the heat exchanger (22), between process-condensed water discharged from the CO2 absorption tower (11) and steam-condensed water discharged from the reboiler (21). The heated process-condensed water is supplied to the absorption liquid regeneration tower (16). In the exhaust gas heat exchanger (5), heat is exchanged between cooled steam-condensed water and the exhaust gas, and the steam-condensed water is heated and the exhaust gas is cooled.
