LABEL AND REGENERATING METHOD OF PLASTIC BOTTLE ATTACHED WITH LABEL

PURPOSE: A label and a regenerating method of a plastic bottle attached with the label are provided to easily remove an ink layer printed on the label, and to simplify the process of regeneration as well as to improve the purity of the regenerated plastic bottle. CONSTITUTION: The label consists of a thermoplastic resin film, and an ink layer easy to be removed in an alkaline hot water vessel at a temperature of 50 to 100deg.C, a pH of the alkaline hot water is more than 9.0. The thermoplastic resin film is a heat shrinkage film. The regeneration method of the plastic bottle attached with the label comprises a plastic bottle collecting step; a washing and pulverizing step of the plastic bottle still attached with the label; an ink layer removal step; and drying the pulverized plastic bottle to manufacture regenerated thermoplastic polymer pellet.
