PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building panel which serves as a cooling/warming panel, by inserting metallic hollow members into a panel main body, and pouring a heating medium, for instance, into the hollow members. SOLUTION: The building panel 1 is formed by arranging the plurality of long metallic hollow members 10 into the metallic panel main body 5 which is formed into an airtight box, in a manner being placed abreast in a rank and extending in a longitudinal direction of the panel main body 5. Then, the peripheral space of the hollow members 10 is filled with filler.
