PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight subsoil unaffected by buoyancy. SOLUTION: A structure having one or plural hollow projecting parts on a base and having open moldings assembled lengthwise and crosswise across the projecting parts is installed either directly on weak ground or by digging the weak ground, and banking is provided on the structure to construct the lightweight subsoil.
