PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic wheel for improving comfortableness, vibration control performance, and soundproof performance without impairing durability, safety, and maneuvering stability up to large input time from small input time. SOLUTION: This elastic wheel has a disk 1 having the base rim 2, and the rim 3 for supporting a tire 20. The elastic wheel has a pair of guides 4 annularly fixed to an inner peripheral surface of the rim 3, and a pair of wall parts 5 annularly fixed to wheel axis directional both side part areas on an outer peripheral surface of the base rim 2, and a rubber elastic body 6 is respectively annularly interposed between a side surface of the guides 4 and a side surface of the wall parts 5. A wheel axis directional width between the pair of guides 4 is narrower than a wheel axis directional width between the pair of wall parts 5, mutual wheel radial directional inside end parts of the pair of guides 4 are joined, a wheel axis directional cross section forms an almost U shape, and fluid is sealed in a cavity part 7 between an inner peripheral surface of the almost U-shaped guides 4, the elastic rubber body 6 and the outer peripheral surface of the base rim 2.
