PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric prepreg having a large bonding strength of a skin with a honeycomb core in the case a co-curing molding is made, provide a manufacturing method for such fabric prepreg, and a panel structure using it. SOLUTION: The fabric prepreg is structured so that a resin layer 13 is installed on at least one side of a fabric 12a impregnated with a resin 12b.
