PURPOSE: A ventilation fan with sterilization and dehumidification functions is provided to remove moisture and germs in a closed space and to discharge polluted air in the space. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation fan includes a fixing member(100), joined to a front cover(1); and a halogen lamp(90) and an ultraviolet lamp(60), installed on the fixing member. The fixing member includes a reflecting plate(40), formed to be semi-cylindrical for the ultraviolet lamp to be inserted to; and a reflecting shade(85), connected to a center of the fixing member by a plurality of supporters(70) and having a socket(80) for the halogen lamp. The halogen lamp removes moisture and keeps normal temperature in a closed space. The ultraviolet lamp sterilizes the space.
