PURPOSE: Provided are a high pure polyethylene resin composition used as a container for putting high pure chemicals therein and hollow articles produced from the polyethylene resin composition, which have excellent falling impact-resistance and cleanliness. CONSTITUTION: The polyethylene resin composition has a weight average molecular weight of 300,000-450,000, a molecular weight distribution(=weight average molecular weight/number average molecular weight) of 8-20, zirconium soap of 10-10,000ppb based on the zirconium content, and the extraction amount by boiling n-hexane of less than 0.1wt% based on the resin composition. And the hollow articles are produced by blow-molding the polyethylene resin composition with clean compressed-air having a class of less than 10 in a clean room having a class(particle number of more than 0.5 micrometer per ft3) of less than 1000. |
