PURPOSE: A variable type speaker grill structure of a vehicle is provided to variously change the position of a speaker grill in accordance with a taste of occupants by allowing the speaker grill to be directed in various directions. CONSTITUTION: A speaker body(1) is integrally fixed with a grill(2) by means of a screw(3). A circular rim(4) of the grill(2) is coupled with a grill body(5). A guide hole is formed in the grill body(5). An inserting part formed in the circular rim(4) is inserted into the guide hole of the grill body(5). A plurality of pores are formed within the guide hole in a predetermined interval. When the inserting part of the circular rim(4) is positioned in the pores of the guide hole, the grill(2) is freely moved in left and right directions. In addition, the circular rim(4) can be freely moved in front and rear directions along the guide hole.
