PURPOSE: A hose coupling structure is provided to prevent the leakage of water and to simplify the coupling work of a hose by sealing between the hose and a nipple by means of an O-ring elastically supported by a spring. CONSTITUTION: A nipple(20) is fixedly inserted into a hose(10). At least one pair of resting slots(10a) are formed at a front inner portion of the hose(10). A spring(11) and an O-ring(12) are sequentially rested in the resting slots(10a). A fixing protrusion(21) of the nipple(20) is engaged with a locking protrusion(10b). Since the fixing protrusion(21) of the nipple(20) inserted into the hose(10) is engaged with the locking protrusion(10b), the O-ring(12) is biased towards an outer surface of the nipple(20) caused by an elastic force of the spring(11). By means of the O-ring(12) elastically supported by the spring(11), the sealing efficiency between the hose and the nipple can be improved.
