PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unconventional reflection preventing film comprising a support composed of cellulose acylate having thinned thickness and a polarizing plate using the same and furthermore a liquid crystal display device using the polarizing plate. SOLUTION: The reflection preventing film is characterized by having a low refractive index layer 2, of which the refractive index is lower than that of the support, directly or via another layer on the support 1 composed of cellulose acylate with 10-70 μm thickness. The polarizing plate utilizes the film and the liquid crystal display device is provided with the polarizing plate. |
