PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger in which tubes and fins are brazed together efficiently. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprises a core 200 composed of tubes 210 through which a medium flows and fins 200 attached to the tubes and a tank 300 to which the tubes are connected at the ends thereof for exchanging heat transferred to the core with the medium. In the heat exchanger formed by assembling the tubes, the fins and the tank and integrally brazing them through heating, the tubes have grooved recessed 214 on the outer surfaces thereof for allowing melt solder to flow from the tank into gasp between the tubes and the fins through the concave portions of the tubes. The tubes formed from sheet materials comprise joint portions 212 formed by combining the ends of the materials and beads 213 formed by curling the materials downward, and the grooved recessed are formed at the joint portions and the beads. |
