PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic composition comprising a film-forming polymer and a wax for producing a film having resistance to cold water, removable with warm water as a makeup and a wax, especially a mascara composition having resistance to cold water, readily removable with warm water. SOLUTION: This composition comprising an aqueous microdispersion of wax and an aqueous dispersion of film-forming polymer particle in a physiologically acceptable medium containing an aqueous phase is used.
