PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus which can obtain high radiator temperature. SOLUTION: There are provided a high temperature gas producing means, and a radiator 12 having both faces of a heat collecting face 14 heated by heat of high temperature gas and a radiation face 15 producing radiation energy. The heat collecting face 14 of the radiator is adapted, such that a high- temperature gas from the high temperature gas producer means 11 is guided from a lower portion of the radiator with draft action, and also high- temperature gas of the high temperature gas producing means is guided to the radiation face 15 of the radiator, to heat the radiator from both faces of the heat collection face of the radiator and the radiation face of the same. Hereby, the heat of high temperature gas is transmitted effectively to the radiation face to obtain high radiator temperature.
