PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic which is the skin cosmetic having excellent humectant activities, and has sense of use with excellent fresh feeling. SOLUTION: This liquid skin cosmetic containing a humectant component extracted from animals and plants is characterized in that the cosmetic contains a low molecular weight hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, and citric acid and/or a salt thereof.
