PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse bag with excellent handling performance, and a fixing stand of the refuse bags in waste material collecting and storing work at a construction site. SOLUTION: Designs 18a to 18h are selectively inscribed for indicating kind names 17a to 17h of a waste material and a kind of waste material capable of being stored in at least one side surface of a bag body 11 for constituting the refuse bag 10, a drawstring 16 is formed of an braid by a synthetic resin member different from the bag body 11, and this drawstring 16 is formed of a colored string. The fixing stand 30 for the refuse bag is constituted so that left and right rotary shafts 32 and 33 are unfoldably installed with a main shaft 31 as the center, and the stopper function automatically operates in a maximum opening state of these rotary shafts 32 and 33 to be fixed according to the refuse bag 10 of the large and small size.
