<p>Self-foaming and/or foam-forming cosmetic or dermatological composition (A) comprises: (i) emulsifier system (ES); (ii) up to 30wt.% lipid phase containing lipid(s) of medium polarity (polarity 20-30 mN/m); and (iii) 1-90vol.% of at least one of air, oxygen, nitrogen, helium, argon, nitrous oxide or carbon dioxide. Self-foaming and/or foam-forming cosmetic or dermatological composition (A) comprises: (i) emulsifier system (ES); (ii) up to 30wt.% lipid phase containing lipid(s) of medium polarity (polarity 20-30 mN/m); and (iii) 1-90vol.% of at least one of air, oxygen, nitrogen, helium, argon, nitrous oxide or carbon dioxide. ES comprises at least one each of: (1) emulsifier (EA) that is a 10-40C linear, branched, saturated or unsaturated fatty acid, optionally partly or fully neutralized; (2) emulsifier (EB) that is poly(50-100) ethoxylated 10-40C fatty acid ester; and (3) co-emulsifier (EC) that is a 10-40C linear, branched, saturated or unsaturated fatty alcohol.
