PURPOSE: An embossing RIM(Reaction Injection Mold) manufacturing process is provided to produce a molded product having an embossing pattern to conform to the specification of the product and to reduce damage to the embossing pattern by comprising a process in which an embossing sheet is bonded on a CNC-machined skin of a master model. CONSTITUTION: According to the embossing RIM manufacturing process, first, chest resins are provisionally formed by bonding. A skin of a master model(110) then is machined by a CNC machine tool. An embossing sheet(120) then is bonded on the CNC-machined skin of the master model(110). A lower mold(130) then is laid on the skin of the master model(110) on which the embossing sheet(120) is bonded, and then a backing operation is carried out. The lower mold(130) is then removed. The master model is then machined by the CNC machine tool so that it is used as an upper model(140). The upper mold(140) is then laid and wet-bonded on the lower mold(130). A RIM product of which the surface is painted is then formed.
