MAGNETOSTATIC WAVE FILTER

PURPOSE: A magnetostatic wave filter is provided to expand the bandwidth of a transfer frequency and the ripple by adjusting the pattern of input and output electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A transmission line(210) and an energy conversion line(211) of an input electrode and a transmission line(212) and an energy conversion line(213) of an output electrode are formed on a low-loss dielectric substrate(214,214-1) having a lower grounding plate(221). A multi-layer ferrimagnetic substance(220) is arranged on the energy conversion lines(211,213) between shielding screens(215,216) for shielding an input unit and output unit. The respective shielding screens(215,216) have a hole for allowing the passage of a magnetic thin film.
