PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic actuator controller capable of controlling a return liquid amount in a return liquid pipe lens in a pressure reducing process further accurately and having excellent practicality. SOLUTION: This hydraulic actuator controller controls increase or decrease of pressure of a hydraulic actuator 1 by a supply liquid amount in a supply liquid pipe line 2 or a return liquid amount in the return liquid pipe line 3. An opening/closing valve 7 for reducing pressure opened when a pressure in the return liquid pipe line 3 exceeds a predetermined pressure through a discharge amount variable pump 6 for return liquid is provided in the return liquid pipe line 3, and a supply mechanism 9 for supplying liquid is provided between the discharge amount variable pump 6 for return liquid and the opening/closing valve 7 for reducing pressure in the return liquid pipe line 3.
