<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for requesting parts shipping for preventing the lack of parts in a source process and suppressing the inventory of parts. SOLUTION: In the parts shipping request method, the number of parts shipping requests is calculated by calculating the necessary quantity of the parts based on production plan data where production schedule information of a product to be manufactured is recorded, parts constitution master data where the type and the number of parts constituting the product are recorded and parts master data where information on the parts are recorded. Present production plan data is inputted to production plan data. Parts stock data where present stock information on the parts required for the manufacture of the product are recorded and surplus parts number calculation condition data recording a condition where the number of surplus parts is calculated are considered and the necessary quantity of the parts is calculated. Thus, the shipping request number of the parts is recalculated.</p> |
