<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the states of plant units from various angles as video information. SOLUTION: The device is provided with mobile communication equipment 100 and 200 having mobile picture input means which input as video the states of the units installed in the respective places of a plant while they move in the site, mobile communication means making conversation with the operator of a central operation room and mobile display conversation means displaying a necessary item at the time of monitoring by a site operator, process input devices 300 and 400 inputting the process quantity of a plant as electric signals, a plant monitoring support computer 1 supporting the monitoring of the whole plant by connecting the mobile communication equipment and the process input devices through a transmission means, a mobile information display means displaying information transmitted from the mobile communication equipment and a display conversation device 2 operating information display and a conversation request for monitoring the plant.</p> |
