SOLUTION: The respective differences of the operation states of the respective units constituting the facility constituted of a plurality of units installed in one room are considered as the differences of the operation modes. Reference data of an inverse filter is obtained for the respective operation modes. For judging the presence or absence of abnormality, the presence or absence of abnormality is judged based on a signal obtained at that time and reference data obtained on the operation mode similar to the operation mode at that time.
