PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device easy to set in a narrow setting space and capable of easily providing a desired damper characteristic and equipment having the damper device. SOLUTION: This damper device is constituted by arranging a plural number of rotating dampers 10A, 10B on which gears 11A, 11B are respectively installed by making them face against each other so that the gears 11A, 11B are engaged with each other and to give braking torque by interlocking of a plural number of the rotating dampers 10A, 10B to an outside movable member 20 from one of the gears of a plural number of the rotating dampers 10A, 10B.
