PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet controller in which dissipation power and cost are held down, separating a sensor section and a solenoid-valve control section and high-degree sensing decision such as the statistical processing of sensor data can be made regarding a controller for faucet equipment detecting an object by a sensor and automatically opening and closing a water way in response to the result of the detection. SOLUTION: In the faucet controller controlling a solenoid valve opening and closing the water way, the faucet controller is composed of a sensor section intermittently detecting the presence of a body and outputting the state of the detection of the body as a sensing signal and the solenoid-valve control section, to which the sensing signal is input and which controls the opening and closing of the solenoid valve in response to the input signal, and the sensor section overlaps periodic pulses to the sensing signal and outputs them.
