PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging body for packaging merchandise by use of only paper. SOLUTION: A top face panel 3, a front face panel 4, a bottom face panel 5 and a back hanging panel 6 are jointly provided on the bottom end edge of a front hanging panel 2 through folding lines (a), (b), (c), (d) one by one. Side face panels 7L, 7R and attaching pieces 8L, 8R are jointly provided on the right and left end edges of the front face panel 4 through folding lines (e), (f). An attaching piece 9 is jointly provided on the top and bottom end edges of the right and left side face panels 7L, 7R through a folding line (g). In the top end neighborhood of the panel 4, a pair of tearing perforation lines (h1), (h2) are formed at set intervals. The panels 7L, 7R are formed with a tearing perforation (i) jointly on each end edge of the perforation line (h1). The attaching pieces 8L, 8R are formed with a folding line (j) jointly on the end edge of each perforation (i). The panel 6 is formed with a folding line (k) to be superimposed on the folding line (j) of the attaching pieces 8L, 8R.
