PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flower processing device capable of binding a plurality of petals into one bundled state in a mechanical manner, saving energy for its operation and increasing its efficiency in operation. SOLUTION: Flowers A mounted on mounting tables 8 of a transferring conveyor 2 are released onto collecting segments 50 at classification segments (d), (e) in response to a discrimination performed by a discriminating device 45. A plurality of flowers A collected at the collecting segments 50 are aligned in a substantial same direction, transferred and supplied to a binding machine 57. The stems (Ab) of the flowers A... are gathered by collector plates 53 into such a state as one in which they are bundled (or collected) to each other. The stems (Ab) of the flowers A are aligned in such a state as one in which they are abutted against an alignment plate 58 and aligned substantially in a straight line, the stems (Ab)... are held in a bundled state by a pair of chucks 59, thereafter a binding machine 57 is driven to wind a rubber rope B around the stems (b)... held by the pair of chucks 59 and bind them into one bundle.
