PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce number of processes and manufacturing cost in mounting a wire harness to an instrument panel made of rigid urethane resin. SOLUTION: In this instrument panel 10 for a vehicle molded from the rigid urethane resin, at least one of a plurality of wires 14 forming the harness 12 is integrally embedded and fixed into the panel 10 along the longitudinal direction of the wires 14. In this instrument panel 10 for a vehicle molded from the rigid urethane resin, a flexible member 24 with a desired length is integrally embedded and fixed into a suitable part of the panel 10, and the flexible member 24 is bent to accommodate the wire harness 26, thereby fixing the harness 26 to the panel 10.
