PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to cut a stretchable member free from sheet rupture and improve air permeability. SOLUTION: A laminate 940 formed by inserting a single stretchable member 920 or a plurality of stretchable members 920, in a stretched state, between an upper and a lower sheet 910 and 930, is introduced into a nip between a first roll 950 with a plurality of cutting projecting parts 951 arranged at an interval on the surface and a second roll 960 with recessed parts 961 with which the cutting projecting parts 951 are interlocked. In this case, the cutting projecting parts 951 are thrust into the parts of the laminate 940 which are scheduled to correspond to an absorber. Thus the stretchable member 920 of the parts scheduled to correspond to the absorber, is cut and the parts are perforated.
