The present invention relates to a method of providing a user customized exercise contents. The method of providing a user customized exercise contents includes: a step of receiving an exercise measured data and an electronic medical examination date; a step of obtaining user exercise information including an exercise pattern by body regions of a user by analyzing the exercise measured data and the electronic medical examination data; and a step of detecting exercise contents related to the user exercise information and including a user customized protocol from the exercise contents data base. Therefore, the method of providing a user customized exercise contents can provide an exercise guide suitable for a user in accordance with the quantity of exercise. |
