The present invention relates to an internal explosion strengthened bulkhead of a ship using a corrugated bulkhead installed in a ship or an offshore structure and, more specifically, to an internal explosion strengthened bulkhead of a ship using a corrugated bulkhead, in which the upper portion and the lower portion of the corrugated bulkhead are thicker than the center portion to absorb explosion energy generated inside or outside a ship or an offshore structure, and which is provided with a device to reduce stress which may partially occur at the edges of the upper portion and the lower portion of the corrugated bulkhead. The bulkhead according to the present invention has a curtain shape in which the upper portion and the lower portion of the corrugated bulkhead connected to the upper deck and lower deck, respectively, have a predetermined length, and the thickness thereof is thicker than that of the center portion of the corrugated bulkhead, and each bracket is welded and installed on the upper deck and the center of the contact portion of a concave corrugation of the intermediate portion of the corrugated bulkhead.
