PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepared food of pumpkin decreased in allergens, to provide a method for producing the food, and to obtain a processed food lowered in allergens, prepared by using the prepared food of pumpkin. SOLUTION: This method for producing a prepared food of pumpkin lowered in allergens comprises subjecting pumpkin to an extraction process with an acid and collecting acid-insoluble fractions from the resultant product through removing acid-soluble fractions therefrom. |
