PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrocardiogram data communication system suited to a case where behavior contents of an examinee are recorded using a behavior recording sheet. SOLUTION: This transmission system 100 transmits behavior recording data obtained by reading the behavior recording sheet having the behavior contents of the examinee recorded thereon and electrocardiogram data of the examinee. An identification code capable of identifying the electrocardiogram data is recorded on the behavior recording sheet. A receiving system 200 receives the behavior recording data, recognizes the identification code among the behavior recording data, relates the behavior recording data with the electrocardiogram data and stores it in database 230 based on the recognized identification code.
