PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar system having no fear of strongly pressing an organ in the abdominal cavity in the operation for dilating the diameter of a small-diameter puncture hole formed by a trocar inner needle to the outside diameter of a pallial pipe and capable of simply performing the operation for inserting and indwelling the pallial pipe in the body wall in a short time. SOLUTION: With the tip part of a guide member 9 of a flexible cylindrical member projected from the tip part of a dilator 8 interposed between the pallial pipe 7 and the trocar inner needle 6 to the outside, a handle part 29 of the guide member 9 is pulled in the axial direction to adjust the projection amount of the tip part of the guide member 9 projected from the tip part of the dilator 8 to the outside. |
