PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for defecation and an apparatus for defecation by which cost is suppressed and the defecation can be efficiently and forcibly performed. SOLUTION: A defecation tool 2 in which inserting rods 3 and 4 are fitted on both ends of a wrapping sheet 5 and a shrinking cord 6 is fitted in such a way that it is passed through the front end of the wrapping sheet 5 and inner holes 3a and 4a of the inserting rods 3 and 4 is inserted from the anus and the inserting rods are rotated along the wall of the intestine to wrap feces with the wrapping sheet 5 and the front end of the wrapping sheet is closed by drawing the shrinking cord to wrap the feces and the defecation tool is discharged.
