PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygienic block for culturing plants without loading on persons culturing plants or selling plants. SOLUTION: This block for culturing plants has soil 1a and seeds 1b embedded in soil 1a. In the state of the block, the soil 1a is unattachable and is not dropped and water content of seeds is adjusted so as to be ungerminable and formed in tablet-like shape.
